Effective July 1st, 2023 the financials for the Midlane Club Condominium Association will be managed by Riverside Management and Leasing Corp.  They will bill the homeowners for the association dues and take care of the appropriate reports.

All unit owners are also members of the Midlane Club Community Association that owns and manages the "off site" recreational facility (clubhouse) on Southern Hills Blvd.

General Information

 

Rental Policy

All new tenants and Lease Agreements must be approved by the Association Board before any tenant moves into any unit.  This is NOT a rental community.  Tenants must be aware that it is their Landlords who are responsible for all Property Management of their unit.

Short Term rentals are prohibited by the Association's Declarations and By Laws.  Any Lease Agreement must be for a minimum period of one year.

  • Building 125 - Unit numbers 2953 - 2975 (odd)

Our Association Dues are based on each model/unit type you own.  Lennar built three basic models in each of the four buildings.

Each of the buildings, numbered 122, 123, 124 and 125, built in that order contains twelve units.  There are four #720 (Hartford floor plan) ground floor models, four #721 (Sterling floor plan) second floor models and, four #722 (Windsor floor plan) upper  floor corner units.
